摘要
在３０侧成人尸体上，对腹直肌肌皮瓣的血供进行解剖观察。蒂血管腹壁上动脉管径为１．５ｍｍ，有１３．３％标本出现肋缘动脉。以腹壁上动脉为蒂，通过吻合支与腹壁下动脉相连。利用其穿支，可以设计为４种类型的乳房重建术式。
he blood supply
to the rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap was observed on 30
sides ofcadaveric specimens,The deep superior epigastric artery ,
which serves as the vascular pedicle ofthe flap,is 1. 6 mm in
diameter. It anastomoses with the deep inferior epigastric artery.
Costom-arginal artery appears in 13.3%of the cases. Four operation
methods for breast reconstructionwere designed by transposition of
the rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap.
