摘要
在45只大鼠脑标本上,观察了椎—基底动脉系。大鼠的基底动脉有两个无分支区,分别位于基底动脉起始部和前、中段移行部。第二无分支区无侧副支跨越,便于操作,可作为制作“大鼠脑缺血模型”的血管阻断部位,经实验应用获得成功。
he anatomic structure of vertebrobasilar artery was
observed on 45 rat brain specimens.Two portions of the basilar artery
were found without any branches; The first portion is at the o-rigin
of the artery and the second is at the junction of the anterior
one-third of the basilar artery.There is no collateral branches
striding across the second portion; So,the second portion is an
ide-al site of vascular ligation for the experimental model of
cerebral ischemia
