岩矢角及岩锥延长线的测量和应用

Measurement of the petrosagittal angkand petrous extension line

经３４（男、女各１７）例头颅水平断面标本观测．结果发现：颞骨岩部（岩锥）延长线与头颅正中矢状线的夹角（岩矢角）在侧别和性别上无显著差异，岩矢角平均为５１．４°±３．７０°。岩锥延长线在对侧颅壁的交卢与眶外缘之间的距离（Ｐ—Ｌ间距）平均为０．５２±３．９０（—１１．０～９．０）ｍｍ，与岩矢角值之间有非常显著的直线相关，其直线回归方程式Ｙ＝—３９．０＋０．７７５ｘ。本文对其临床应用作了讨论。

The average angle between the petrous extension line and the median sagittal line of skullwas measuredas 51.4°±3.7°on 34 cases(17 of male and female each)of horizontal sections ofhuman head specimens,No significant difference was found between sides or sexes.The intersec-tion point of the petrous extension line with the opposite cranium was averagely 0.52 mm to thelateral margin of the orbit.A linear relationship between the average distance(Y)and the pet-rosagittal angle(X) was expressed as:Y=-39.0+0.8X.
