The blood supply and nerve
innervation of the posterior auricular flap were observed on 30sides
of specimens. It was supplied by the posterior auricular artery and
the superficial temporalartery,and innervated by the auriculotemporal
nerve,the greater auricular nerve and lesser occip-ital nerve. Design
of the posterior auricular flap with different blood vessels and
sensory nerves-was afforded for clinical application according to the
area of reception,
