小腿部筋膜皮瓣形成的解剖学基础

Clinical anatomy of the fasciocutaneous flap on the leg

对３６侧成人新鲜下肢标本进行了解剖现在、Ｘ线造影、光学显得镜及电子显微镜下的组织学观察。结果表明：小腿皮肤的浅筋膜层血管网丰富、粗大，是筋膜皮瓣血管网的主要寓居地。深筋膜本身血运不丰富。

he blood supply to the leg skin was studied by gross dissection,X-ray radiography,lightand electron microscope on 36 fresh lower limbs. Plentiful vascular networks were demonstratedin the superficial fascia of the leg with large diameters,which serve as the main sourse of bloodsupply to the fasciocutaneous flap.Few vascular networks were found in the deep fascia.
