旋股外侧动脉横支为蒂大转子骨—骨膜瓣解剖学研究

Anatomic study of greater trochant flap with the transverse branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery

通过３０侧下肢解剖标本观测了旋股外侧动脉横支的起始，走行及其对股骨大转子的血供关系。结果证实，旋股外侧动脉横支对大转子下部，股骨上端前外侧１０ｃｍ×５ｃｍ面积骨膜均有血管分布，以横支为蒂，可设计成骨瓣、骨一骨膜瓣或单纯骨膜瓣，有较高临床应用价值。

he origin and run of the transverse branch of lateral circumflex femoral arteries(TBLCFA),as well as its blood stipply to greater trochai、were investigated on 30 cadavers.Theresult showed that the artery has many branches to the lower part of the greater trochant andnear periosteum,A greater trochant bone flap or a periosteal flap with the transverse branch oflateral circumflex femoral arteries were designed and presented,key points in clinical applicationwas discussed。
