摘要
报道采用带血管的骨间前神经转位移植修复上肢神经干缺损１２例，缺损长度４．５～１２．６ｃｍ，损伤至修复时间：６小时～１０．５个月。经随访１．５～６年，优６例，良４例，可１例，差１例，优良率为８３％。
welve cases of nerve
trunk defects in upper limb were treated by transposition of
anteriorinterosseous nerve with vessel pedicle. The lengths of
defected nerve trunk were from 4.5 to l2.6mm,and the treatment was
conducted within a time period of 6 hours to l0.5 months after the
in-jury. An average of 4 year following-up survey showed that 83%of
the cases are successful.
