摘要
观察３０例成人肝圆韧带标本和脐门静脉ｘ线造影８例，肝圆韧带呈纤维条素状改变，内含少许不规则腔隙。肝圆韧带内脐静脉自肝门静脉左支的囊部张至腹壁脐切迹全长为１７．６±５．５ｃｍ，有９０％可用探针沟通。讨论了脐门静脉造影的ｘ线解剖学基础及临床意义。
tudies on 30 adult autopsies and 8 cases of
umbilical portovenographies showed that therewere a few of irregular
sliumens in the fibrous cord of round ligament. The distance of the
umbili-cal vein from the left branch of portal vein to the umbilical
notch on the abdominal wall was 17.6±5. 5cm。 90%of the umbilical
vein could be dilated with a probe.
