帕金森氏病患者的拟空间综合能力

The Ability of Quasi Spatial Syntheses in Patients with Parkinson's Disease.

对４１名帕金森氏病（ＰＤ）患者及在年龄、性别与文化水平上相匹配的４１名正常人作为对照组进行了视空间知觉、拟空间综合能力（ｑｕａｓｉ一ｓｐａｔｉａｌｓｙｎｔｈｅｓｅｓ）及智力方面的测查。结果表明．ＰＤ组在视空间知觉和智力方面的测验成绩均显著差于对照组。ＰＤ组在算术和复杂句理解等拟空间综合能力方面的测验成绩略差于对照组。计算与复杂句理解测验成绩与大部分智力测验成绩显著相关，与视空间知觉测验成绩相关不明显。因此ＰＤ患者拟空间综合能力的用有下降可能是由于智力减退所致。

Forty one patients with Parkinson' s disease(PD)were tested for intelligence by Mini MentalState Exam (MMSE),Knowledge and Comprehension subtests (from WAIS)and Raven' s Standard Progres-sive Matrices (R’SPE ).Judgement Line Orientation Test,Visual Form Discrimination Test (VFDT ),StickFrame Test and Body Location Test were conducted to examine the visuospatial perception.The ability ofquasi一spatial syntheses was evaluated by arithmatic operations and comprehension of sentences with complexsyntactical structures,Forty一one normal subjects matched in age,sex and education were taken as con-trols. The results showed that the performance of intelligence tests and visuospatial tests in PD patients weresignificant worse than those in controls;the results of arithmatic operations and comprehension of complexsentences in PD pstients were worse than those in controls slightly,and were singnficant correlation with theresults of most intelligence tests,but not with the rcsults of visuospatial tests. It suggests that the decreasedability of quasl spatial syntheses in PD patients is induced by worse intelligence.
