摘要 用反相高效液相色谱法建立了血浆中的己酮可可碱的定量分析方法。该方法是以非那西丁为内标参照物,采用液相提取预处理血样,己酮可可碱与非那西丁彼此分离良好,在5-400μg/l的浓度范围,线性关系良好,最低检测浓度为5g/l。并应用本法对正常人静脉点滴已酮可可碱(舒安灵)进行药代动力学研究。 A reversed phase liquid chromatographic method for quantitative determination of pentoxifylline(PT)in plasma was established.The blood plasma sample detection was pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction. Phenacetin was used as internal standard.Calibration curves in the range 5-400μg/l for pentoxifylline was linear. The lower limit of detection for pentoxifylline in plasma is 5 μg/l. The pharmacokinetic characteristics of pentoxifylline in normal subjects after a single intravenously administered was investigated by the method.
