摘要
33例活动性MB麻风用MDT 24个月后停药监测。用MDT期间临床明显改善,BI平均下降0.8/年;停药后临床、细菌和组织病理继续好转,到停药5年时33例的BI全部转阴且临床判愈;停药后6、20、23和27个月分别有2例BB和2例BI发生逆向反应;停药监测8年未见复发。
Thirty three MB leprosy patients after completion of MDT have been monitored for 8 years,there was no relapse and BI with in them all become negative within five years of the monitoring.
