当代城市居民腰围／臀围比值的流行病学研究

THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUD ON THE WHR OF THE RESIDENTS LIVING IN URBAN DIS-TRICT

本文对济南市某城区１５周岁以上的居民１５４０人的腰围／臀围比值进行了调查；并对年龄、性别对该比值的影响进行了分析。结果显示，男性居民的腰／臀比值为０．８９±０．０７（Ｘ＋ＳＤ），９５％可信限为０．８９～０．９０；≥０．９１者占１８．１０％。女性居民腰／臀比值为０．８１±０．０８（Ｘ＋ＳＤ），９５％可信限为０．８０～０．８２，≥０．８１者占４７．０３％。男女性的腰／臀比值均随年龄增大而增大。男性腰／臀比值大于女性腰臀比值。腰／臀比值的调查与肥胖的调查结果并不完全相符。
