用Foxbase建立食物成品库进行膳食计算

本文用Ｆｏｘｂａｓｅ建立的成品库处理“天津项目”１９８９年营养调查数据。除对人群的一般膳食状况进行了准确的描述性分析，还对多种膳食危险因素进行了深入的分析。为“四病”基地干预方针的制定提供了理论依据。同时证明使用成品库进行膳食分析是一种简单而行之有效的方法。

his paper was present an idea for management a nutri-tion surveillance or a nutritional elements of finished foodproducts data on PC,It was a program and a database createdunder FOXBASE(compatible with dBASE system )environ-ment.We used a double code finding technique to retrieve theelement of food or prod ucts by either the name of food or thename products. We have had used this database for the nutri-tional investigation of Tianjin NCD project in 1989.We foundthe database to be he helpful tool.
