青少年吸烟对生长发育影响的研究

SMOKING EFFECT ON GROWTH ANDDEVEL- OPMEMT IN ADOLESCENTS

本文采用无记名问卷，按照《国家教委１９９０年全国体质调研标准》，对天津市区部分高中男生进行了生长发育指标的配比病例对照研究。结果表明，无论是成组还是配对比较，病例与对照差异具有统计学意义；胸围、肺活量与吸烟呈负相关，血压呈正相关；吸烟是影响胸围、肺活量和嗅觉发育的重要因素之一；病例与对照在患病方面亦存在显著性差异。

This paper present the results of investigatcd in male adolescents in Tianjin wilth the case-control method.There is a significant difference betwecn the case and control groups as height,weight,cnest circumference,lung volume,blood pres- sure,et al.The cond itlonal olgistic regressions wasshowed that chest circumfence,lung wolume and olfacere were harmful by smoking。
