摘要
本文统计上海华山街道１９９１～１９９３年急性脑卒中首次发病，对其发病的致死事件与非致死事件拟泊松（ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ）分布，结果发现两者在人群中的概率分布均与其相符合，并根据泊松分布的规律推测人群中急性脑卒中首次发病数，本文的结果对脑卒中的理论研究提供了科学的依据。
