中国煤炭资源状况对煤炭工业持续发展的影响与对策

CHINA COAL RESOURCES STATUS QUO AND ITS IMPACT ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF COAL INDUSTRY AND THE WAY TO DEAL WITH

从持续发展的观点出发，分析了我国煤炭资源的数量、质量、资源勘查对煤炭工业发展的保证程度和资源状况，及其对煤炭开发利用引起生态环境破坏的影响，指出目前煤炭资源勘查精查储量严重不足、普查详查储量缺乏的状况难以保证煤炭工业三个时期发展对资源的需求；提出了相应的三项对策建议：资源开发利用与节约并重、加强和发展煤田地质工作、加强煤炭资源的行业管理。

Abstract From sustainable development point of view,the paper discussed coal resources status quo of China,based on assurance of quantity,quality and exploration of resources to coal industry development as well as exploitation and utilization of coal resources destructive impact on ecological environment,the author analyzed possible influences upon sustainable development of coal industuy.The paper also point out that serious insufficiency of proved reserves and insufficiency of prospective reserves already difficult to ensure the need of coal resources during next three stages of coal industry developmint.The author proposed three ways to deal with the situation:lay equal stress on both resources exploitation,utilization and economization,enhance coal geological exploration,strenthen professional management of coal resources.
