苏脲44号对蚊蝇的药效观察

Observation on the Toxic Effect of Shu Urea No.44 on Mosquitoes and Flies

本文试验结果表明，抗几丁质合成酶抑制剂──苏脲４４号对淡色库蚊幼虫的致死浓度（ＬＣ５０）为０．００８８５ｐｐｍ；当浓度为０．２５％时，对家蝇Ⅱ龄初期幼虫致死率达１００％；以浓度０．４％喂养家蝇成虫，对其产卵抑制率为９０．９％，卵孵化抑制率为８５．９％。

Bioassay of Shu Urea No.44(a chitin antisynthetase inhibitor)on the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens showed that the LC500 value was 0.0085ppm.With 0.25% concentration,it caused 100% mortality of the larvae of Musca domestica vicina,which was the prime of second instars.Feeding the adult Musca domestica vicina with 0.4%concentration of the insecticide,we found that the inhibilities of oviposition and incubation were 90.9% and 85.9% respectively.
