云南四种按蚊胃血血源鉴定研究报告

Identification of Host Source of Blood Meals on Four Anopheles Species in Yunnan

１９８９～１９９３年，采用环状沉淀试验法，对云南省８个地州市２０个县的４种重要按蚊进行胃血血源鉴定。结果：采自人房胃血标本平均人血阳性率中华按蚊Ａｎ．ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ为７．４１％，微小按蚊Ａｎ．ｍｉｎｉｍｕｓ为１２．７７％，嗜人按蚊Ａｎ．ａｎｔｈｒｏｐｏｐｈａｇｕｓ为１００％，多斑按蚊Ａｎ．ｍａｃｕｌａｔｕｓ为３５．７１％。

This paper reported the identification of host source of blood meals on four anopheles species with the Precipitin Ring Test.These blood meals were collected in 20 counties from 8 districts in Yunnan province during 1989～1993.The results of the average human blood index for the human room's blood meals were as follows:An.sinensis,7.41%;An.minimus,12.77%;An.anthropophagus,100%;An.maculatus,35.71%.
