尿溶菌酶测定对镉毒性肾损害早期检测的价值 被引量:2

Role for Urinary Lysozyme in Early Detecting Cd-induced Renal Damage

摘要 本文对149例镉作业工人进行了尿溶菌酶、β_2-MG、蛋白质总量及尿镉含量测定,发现尿镉是反映体内镉负荷的重要指标,但与镉损害、包括肾损害的程度无显著性相关.尿β_(?)-MG 及(?)菌酶异常升高是镉毒性肾损害早期的表现较蛋白质总量敏(?)。特异。β_2-MG 与溶菌酶呈显著正相关,而且尿溶菌酶与其他肾损害指标的符合率似较β_(?)-MG 更高。故尿溶菌酶升高对镉中毒性肾损害的检测具有重要价值。 Lysozyme,β_2-microglobulin,total protein and Cadmiumcontent in urine were measured in 149 Cd-exposed workers.Re-sults support that urinary Cd content could be served as an us-eful indicator for Cadmium body burden,but there is no signi-ficant correlation with other Cd poisoning indicators,includingrenal damage.Abnormal increase of urinary β_2-microglobulinand lysozyme is the early phenomena of Cd-induced renal da-mage,It seems more sensitive and more specific than urinary to-tal Protein.Urinary lysozyme is significantly correlated withurinary β_2-microglobulin.Its conformability with other renaldamage indicators also seems better than that of urinary β_2-micr-oglobulin.It is obvious that increasing of urinary lysozyme isa valuable indicator for early detecting of Cd-induced renal damage.
