PHN大鼠肾内IC及GBM变化的立体研究

摘要 应用抗大鼠肾小管抗原(Tub-Ag)的抗血清免疫同种SD大鼠,成功地复制出被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)动物模型。此后,对PHN大鼠肾内免疫复合物(IC)的体积密度及肾小球基底膜(GBM)厚度进行立体定量测定,结果表明GBM上皮侧比的形成由小到大呈逐渐累加过程,最终IC被GBM样物包绕、取代,导致GBM呈不规则性增厚。 he SD rats were immunized with antiserum against the renal tubular antigen(Tub-Ag)ofhomologous rats, thus, the animal model of passive Heymann nephritis(PHN)was successfullyreprodticed.And the volume density of the renal immune complex(IC)and the thickness of theglomerular basement membrane(GBM)of the rats with PHN were quan-titatively measured. The results showed that the formation of the IC on the epithelial side of GBM was gradually ac-cumulated. Finally, the IC was surrounded and replaced by basement-membrane-like meterial,which resulted in the irregular thickneing of the GBM of the rats wjth PHN.
