摘要
本文研究了分泌抗天花粉蛋白IgE抗体的同种异体小鼠杂交瘤株(Balb/c×C57BL/6J)TE1的腹水的诱生,最佳诱生腹水的宿主是遗传背景相容的F1(Balb/c×C57BL/6J)小鼠,其次是与杂交瘤亲本骨髓瘤细胞NS-1遗传背景一致的Balb/c小鼠,同时比较了各种免疫抑制处理宿主的腹水诱生率,其中以照光处理最佳,此外对杂交瘤株进行“驯化”,得到了易于诱生腹水并且抗体效价高的杂交瘤细胞。

ascites by inoculation of mouse allogeneic hybridomas (Balb/c ×
C57BL/6J)secreting IgE antibodies to trichosanthin was studied. The
optimal hosts for ascites inductionwere mice with same genetic
backgroun, F1 (Balb/c×C57BL/6J)mice, The next was Balb/cmice,with
genetic background same to NS-1 cells. The ascites induction rate of
several methodsfor immunosuppression of the host mice were also
compared.Of them irradiation came to thefirst. Furthermore through
“training”proesses,hybridoma cells liable to induce ascites and
secret-ing high titer antibodies could be obtained.
