溶菌酶抗体的制备及免疫学测定法的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE METHOD DETERMINATIONIMMUNE AND PEREPARATION OF LYSOZYME ANTIBODY

用纯化溶菌酶为抗原，免疫家兔制备其抗体，以及抗体的提取、纯化和鉴定，建立了一种新溶菌酶免疫测定法，并对重复性、相关性和回收试验等最佳条件进行了探讨。回收率为９７％，批内ＣＶ１．９８％，批间ＣＶ４．５％，与黄色微球菌琼脂平板法比较，两法呈正相关，ｒ＝０．９８７。溶菌酶浓度０～３００μｇ／ｍｌ呈良好线性，正常参考值范围为９．８～４０μｇ／ｍｌ（２ｓ）。

Also studied the repreducibility、recovery ration、 interre-lated and aptimal condition of the test.Recovery rate is 97%and within-run CV=1. 98%andbetween-run CV=4.5%,It was compared vvith the M. lysodeikticus agar diffusion methodwith display positive interreleted r=0. 987. Lysozyme content of 0～300μg/ml were excellentlylinear.Normal reference range were 9.8～40μg/ml.
