摘要
新制备的抗人活化Ｂ细胞分化抗原５Ｃ５单克隆抗体５Ｃ５－Ｇ＿１经Ｗｅｓｔｅｒ印迹分析表明，该分化抗原经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ（还原条件下）显示五条带，分子量分别为９２ｋＤ、５２ｋＤ±（两条）、４０ｋＤ和２０ｋＤ。用单抗５Ｃ５和单抗５Ｃ５－Ｇ＿１的混合物，从３Ｄ５细胞的λｇｔｌｌｃＤＮＡ文库中筛选到７个阳性ｃＤＮＡ克隆。
A new McAb 5C5-G_1 that reacts with the differentiation antigen 5C5 expressed on humanactivated B lymphocytes has been developed. McAb 5C5-G_1 and McAb 5C5 develeped also in ourlaboratory recognize the same differentiation antigen. Western blotting shows five bands of theantigen with molecular weights of 92kD、52kD±、40kD and 20kD respectively. By using a mix-tures of McAb 5C5 and McAb 5C5-G_1 for screening, 7 positive cDNA clones have been obtainedfrom λgtll cDNA library of a human activatd B cell line 3D5.
