摘要
本文研究了氧乐果的毒代动力学。结果表明,氧乐果及其代谢物在大鼠血中的动态分布规律符合二室开放模型。有关动力学参数分析结果提示,氧乐果及其代谢物在大鼠体内的特点是,自中央室向周围室分布快,自周围室向中央室返分布慢,自体内排除慢.
The present paper Presents the result of the toxicokineticstudy of Omethoate in rats.Result of the study showed thatthe time-plasma Omethoate and its metabolite concentration cuvefitted well to a two compartment open model.Analysis ofthe toxicokinetic Parameters suggested that Omethoate and itsmetabolite distributed more rapidly from the central compart-ment to the peripheral rather than from peripheral to central,and their excretions were comparatively slow.
