神力补口服液的毒理及药效学研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics and Toxicology of Shen Li Bu Oral Liquid

神力补口服液经口服给药,对小鼠转棒法,游泳法及常压耐缺氧法实验表明,具有明显的抗疲劳,耐缺氧作用;对小鼠自发运动法,对戊巴比妥钠睡眠法表明,有镇静作用;对小鼠免疫器官的影响等实验及对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响实验表明,有明显的增强免疫功能的作用。

This paper presents the result of pharmacological and toxicological studies on Shen Li Bu Oral Liqid(SLB). The results showed that SLB could promote the clearance of charcoal particles and enhance the immune function. It also increase the tolerance towards fatigue and hypoxia, and also exerts sedatire effect.In mice MID of SLB by oral administration is more than 215g / kg This dosage were 347 times as much as the clinical one. No toxic effect is revealed in rat after its long-term administration.
