甲醛接触工人的工作有关疾病

Work-related Diseases among Workers Exposed to Formaldehyde

对甲醛接触工人进行工作有关疾病调查研究。结果提示甲醛接触者多种疾病患病率增加,尤其是神经系统、呼吸系统、皮肤,肝脏、心血管和血液系统疾病。为控制混杂因素的作用,进行了Logistic 回归分析。本文对可能的作用机制和影响因素进行了讨论分析。

The prevalence of work-related diseases were investigated among 4679 subjects,including 2330 exposed subjects(which were devided into three groups based onformaldehyde in the air of workplaces:Group Ⅰ(<1mg/m^3).Group Ⅱ(1--3mg/m^3).and group Ⅲ(>3mg/m^3)).1023 pre-exposed subjects and 1336 controls.The prevalence of diffenent kind of diseases of the exposure and pre-exposuregroups,in general,was significantly higher than those of control and that of pre-ex-posure group was the highest.The difference of prevalence between sexes was alsofound.The results of logistic regression suggested that the relationship betweenformaldehyde exposure and the prevalence of nervous diseases,respiratory diseases.dermatopathy,cardiovascular diseases,chronic hepatic diseases,and bemopoieticdiseases were established after the adjustment for potential confounding factors,suchas sex.age.education,cigarette smoking,and alcohol consuming.
