摘要
作者化学合成了十二种梯络龙类似物,并对大鼠实验性矽肺的疗效、诱导干扰素能力以及急性毒性进行了比较。其中发现“矽宁”系一种高效低毒的抗矽肺新药,其T/L 值为0.54,病理形态可见由泡沫样细胞构成的矽结节坏死细胞甚少,小鼠灌胃的LD_(50)为1170mg/kg,血清干扰素平均效价为每m1250单位。
Tilorone and eleven analogs were synthesized.Their structures were establishedby conventional physicochemical means.A dose of 40 mg/kg of each analog wasgiven orally to experimental silicotic rats,three times a week for one month.Resultsshowed that wet weights of rat lungs treated by Tilorone and one of its analogs,nowtentatively named as Xining were much lighter than that of the silicotic controlgroup.Large foam-like cells and fibroblast aggregated in silicotic nodules were themain lesion.Xining possesses a good curative effect and is the least toxic on the ex-perimental silicosis.
