内源激素在苹果短枝型品种预选上的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 用气相色谱(GC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析了苹果短枝型品种的4种内源激素。结果表明,内源激素脱落酸(ABA)与枝条节间长度呈负相关,与短枝萌发率呈正相关(P<0.01),宜作为短枝预选的指示激素。叶片中ABA含量随季节变化,但短枝品种ABA含量显著高于非短枝品种,二者ABA比值维持2.6~3.4:1。短枝品种预选时,以同系非短枝品种或母树ABA含量为参照,其含量的1.8~2.2、2.3~3.5倍>3.5倍值分别作为临界短枝、标准短枝和极度短枝的预选指标,并在红富士、红星及HAC9短枝筛选上,获得了准确预选结果。 Changes of endogenous hormones in the leaves of spur- type variety ( or bud Mutation) of apple (Malus pumila Mill) were delermined by GC and HPLC. The result showed that the content of endogenous abscisic acid (ABA) in the leaves was negetively correlated with the mean height of tree and the length of internode, but positively with the rate of budding. The content of ABA of spur- type varieties was higher than that of non- spur- type varieties significiantly in different growing period, ABA on spur and non-spur varieties were in the ratio about 2.6- 3.4 :1, so ABA content can been applied to pre--selection of spur type varieyt. The ABA content of non-spur-type variety or parent tree with 1.8-2.2, 2.3-3.5 and>3.5 fold value might be defined as the index of critica-spur, standard spur and extreme-spur for pre-selecting.
