摘要
本文报告闭合性十二指肠损伤３５例，均行手术治疗，其中十二指肠壁血肿清除术１例，单纯缝合术１４例，空肠组织补片修补术１例，十二指肠空肠Ｒｏｕｘ－ｅｎ－Ｙ型吻合术６例，十二指肠憩室化１１例，十二指肠造口减压术２例。我们认为应根据十二指肠损伤部位、严重程度以及诊断早晚而选择不同术式。文中讨论了术式的选择与评价。
his article reported 35 cases of blunt duodenum
injury. All of them were treated surgi-cally. One of them had enucleation of hematoma in the
duodenal wall , 14 had simple suturesand I had jejunum-patch repair, duodenojejunum
anastomosis with a Roux-en-y shape wasperformed in 6 , duodenal “diverticulization” was
in 11 and decompression through duodenos-tomy in 2. We considerat that the operative
methods should be selected according to the loca-tion, its severity and diagnostic time of the
injury. The evaluation of each operation is dis-cussed in the paper.
