摘要
应用生物素-抗生物素-酶标技术对BSL、DBA、LCA、PNA及UEA1在生殖器疣癌变过程中定位发现:PNA及UEA1受体在正常表皮阴性、PINⅢ/CINⅢ中等强度阳性及生殖器癌强阳性。另外,随着细胞异型性增加,BSL受体表达增强,DBA反而减少,LCA变化不显著。提示PNA及UEA1可制成探针用以区分生殖器疣与癌,其典型的染色特征可能提示重度非典型增生和恶性病变。
Avidin-biotin-peroxidase labelling technique was used to localize the binding sites of the BSL, DBA,LCA,PNA and UEA1 in genital warts during malignant change. PNA and UEA1 binding has changed from negative in normal epithelium to moderately positive in PIN, Ⅲ/CIN Ⅲand strongly positive in carcinomas. In addition, there was increased staining of BSL but decreased of DBA along with the increase of cell atypia. The staining of LCA was insignificant.These results indicate:PNA and UEA1 maybe made as probes to determine genital warts and cancers, the typical pattern of their staining may suggest severe dysplasia and malignancy.
