摘要 应用PCR从100%(40/40)石蜡包埋尖锐湿疣组织中检测出HPVDNA。扩增HPVDNA显著地提高了检测速度及敏感性,以致从数张5~10μm厚的石蜡切片中3~4h即能得到结果;且PCR扩增产物具有高度的特异性。因此,PCR不失为检测HPV简便、快速、敏感、特异的方法。 HPV DNA were found in 100%(40/40) paraffinembedded condyloma accuminata using the PCR. Amplification of a HPV DNA sequence significantly increase the rapidity and sensitivity of detection such that several 5-10μm thick paraffin-embedded tissue sections can be analyzed within 3-4 hours. In addition,the PCR products were highly specific. Therefore. the PCR is rapid. sensitive and specific method for the detection of HPV DNA.
