尖锐湿疣患者外周血淋巴细胞表型及治疗后的变化

A Study on T Lymphocyte Subsets in PBMC in 35 Patients with Condyloma Acuminata after Treatmant.

采用ＩＩＦ技术对３５例ＣＡ病人治疗前后外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果表明：ＣＡ病人外周血中细胞百分比升高，细胞百分率、比率下降；治疗后３个月内未复发的７名患者，Ｔ细胞亚群恢复到正常范围，而１６名复发者，治疗前后比较各群细胞均无明显变化。提示病人机体内存在细胞免疫缺陷，检测外周血Ｔ细胞亚群对疗效的预测有帮助。

T lymphocyte subsets in PBMC in 35 patients with condyloma acuminata were studied by IIF method.The results revealed that:(1)the percentage of cell,and ratio were significantly lower in CA patients than those in controls,the percentage of was higher in patients than those in controls.(2) comparing with the patients before treatment,T lymphocyte subsets were obviously different in 7 patients,in whom no lesions reappeared in 3 months after treatment,There was no significantly change in 16 patients,in whom lesions reappeared in 3 months after treatment.These results suggated that cellular immunity and cellular immunoregulation were impaired in CA patents.
