摘要
应用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定４２例寻常性银屑病患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果显示银屑病患者的ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与疾病的活动性和皮损范围无关。该结果提示银屑病患者存在细胞因子的异常。
Serum soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels of 42 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were detected by using a sandwich ELISA. The results showed that serum sIL-2 levels of this group of patients were much higher than that of normal controls (P<0. 01),and did not correlate with the disease activity and the extent of lesions.This suggests that levels of cytokins of patients with psoriasis psoriasis vulgaris may be in abnormal conditions.
