本文介绍了制作柔软、丰满、有弹性黄牛二层软面革的几个关键工序。为使革身柔软,采取中和全透,复鞣加脂再铬鞣,整饰中强调不能单独进行干态填充,底层涂饰时添加填充复鞣剂,以改善二层革面粗糙。

This paper introduced some key processes of making cattle hide split soft upper leather, neutralization should be fully penetrated, an additional chrome tanning have to be taken after the retanning and fatliquoring, dry filling was not used in finishing, but filling type retanning agent must be added in bottom coating, in order to get the softness, fullness and elasticity properies, as well as to improve the surface smoothness of the leather.
