手术对凝血及纤溶功能的影响

EFFECT OF OPERATION ON THE FUNCTION OFCOAGULATION AND FIBRINOLYSIS

本文以血小板聚集功能、血液流变学、因子Ⅷ（包括ⅧＲ：Ａｇ和Ⅷ：Ｃ）、纤维蛋白原（Ｆｂｇ）、抗凝血酶Ⅲ因子（ＡＴⅢ）等指标对２７例大中型择期手术患者的血液高凝状态作了研究。发现术后血小板对肾上腺素反应增强，但并未造成血小板聚集功能亢进；血液流变学术前后无显著性改变；因子Ⅷ和Ｆｂｇ术后显著增加，有血液高凝状态倾向存在；但ＡＴⅢ无明显降低，使凝血和纤溶功能处于动态平衡状态。本结果提示因子Ⅷ和Ｆｂｇ对血液高凝状态的检测是有价值的。

n this study, the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis in 27 patients undergoing se-lective surgery were measured on the preoperative day and postoperative days 1, 3, 7. Thefactor Ⅷ , Fibrinogen and hemorrheology were determined on the preoperative day and post-operative days 1 ,3 , 7 , as well. There were no significant differences in platelet aggregation ,AT-Ⅲ and hemorrheology between pre- and postoperative ineasurements. But the differ-ences were significant in factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen between pre and postoperative determina-tion. It indicates that factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen are useful indices in the evaluation of postop-erative hypercoagulation state.
