摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术,免疫印迹分析和酶联免疫斑点检测方法,对不同型格林——巴利综合征(Guillain-Barre′Syndrome,GBS)患者的神经及从病人中分离的空肠弯曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni, G.J)进行了血清免疫反应分析,结果表明空肠弯曲菌与经典型GBS的关系比该病的亚型急性运动性轴索性神经病(Acute Motor Axonal New Neuropathy,AMAN)更为密切。提示空肠弯曲菌感染可能是格林——巴利综合征的重要诱发因素之一。
A serological study for investigation of the relationship between Campylobacter jejuni infection and Guillain-Barre syndrome were performed by using the methods of SDS-polyacrylamide gel elet-rophoresis, Western blot analysis and dot enzyme Linked immunosorbent assay. The experimental results indicated that occurrence of Guillain-Barre syndrome were more closely related with Campylobacter jejuni infection than that.of subacute motor axonal nearopathy Based on these findings, we suggested that Campylobacter jejuni infection should be one of the importantly etiological or inducing factor of Guillain-Barre syndrome.
