地高辛标记的DNA探针用于嗜肺军团菌病的检测

Detection of Legionella pneumophila whith Digoxin Labelled DNA Probe

本文利用嗜肺军团菌的种特异性扩增产物制成地高辛标记的探针。对Ｌ１－Ｌ１４的标准菌株和临床及环境分离的菌株进行检测，与血清学检查结果相符，灵敏度达到ｌｐｇＤＮＡ，对临床儿童肺炎患者的痰液进行检测，阳性率为２５％（１０／４０），９５％可信限为１３－４１％。基本可以认为该探针具有灵敏、特异、快速的特点。

A digoxin labelled probe prepared from product of amplification of Legionella pneumophila was used to detect reference strains of Lp 1-Lp14,the clinical samples of pneumonia patients such as sputa and contaminated water from environment.The results were correspond to that detected with serologic method.Its accuracy rate was 100%,sensibility lpg was DNA and specifieity was very high.
