摘要
本文回顾了我国电力系统继电保护的发展历程,并就目前电网保护的发展方向提出了建议。采用先进微电子技术的集成电路保护性能先进调试方便且已经成套,应该迅速形成生产力为电力工业提供取代整流型晶体管型保护的换代产品。微机保护的开发不应简单地从模拟式保护翻版,应在理论、算法和原理上有所突破。作者认为,依靠我国电力部门的丰富经验和自己的专家,只要下决心在产品生产工艺质量上实现突破,我国的电网保护技术和装备是完全可以进入国际市场的。
The progress of research and development of power system relaying in China has been reviewed. Based on the microelectronics technology, full line integrated circuit(IC) protection systems have been developed. It is necessary to increase the manufacturing capability of IC relays to provide power utilities the substitute of the obsolete rectifier type and discrete components transistor type relays. Regarding to microprocessor-based-relay, the author indicated that more attention has to be paid to fundamental theory, algorithm and structure rather than simply“copying” from analogue relays. If quality and manufacturing technique are improved, China's relays surely can enter the world power system relaying market.
