MEBO治疗糖尿病Ⅱ型并发肩背颈部痈二例报告

MEBO for Treating Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes Complicated by Carbuncles in Shoulder, Back and Neck

人体形成体表性、急性皮肤及皮下组织感染和慢性溃疡的原因很多，治疗并不困难。而糖尿病Ⅱ型引起皮肤痈破裂，在治疗中比较困难，特别对青霉素高度过敏患者，痛苦更大，久治不愈。二例糖尿病Ⅱ型并发肩背颈部痈，经多家医院数月久治不愈，来我院采用MEBO治疗后，疗期短，愈合快，无痛苦。用该药止痛效果好，抗感染能力强，有扩张微小血管的作用，能改善微循环，不含糖份，不会诱发糖尿病，愈合后不留疤痕。

Patients type II diabetes complicated by carbun-cles are difficult to treat, especiatly those hypersensi-tive to penicillin. The wounds always do not heal for along time.In our hospital, we treated 2 patients with type IIdiabetes complicated by carbuncles in shoulder, backand neck, not healed for many months after treated inmany other hospitals. MEBO was used and the resultswere very satisfactory. Patients healed without leav-ing any scar. The healing time was short and thetreatment was not painful.
