摘要
本文报告用MEBO、黄芪为主的中西医结合疗法，治愈由于患变应性亚败血症后连续用肾上腺皮质激素12年而引起的、医源性柯兴氏综合症合并的重度皮肤感染一例。作者在讨论中认为，肾上腺皮质激素在临床中广泛应用，其副作用有时是严重的，应引起足够的重视。作者虽仅治疗成功一例，但为治疗此类患者提供了点滴经验。
A case of severe skin infection complicated by iatrogenic hypercorticoidism was treated with MEBOand astragalus root and adjunctively with other treat-ing method. The patient suffered from allergic subsep-sis and received continuous doses of adrenocorticalhormone for 12 years. The patient healed.The authors pointed out that adrenocortical hor-mone has very serious adverse effects. It should beused with caution. This case provides experience inthe treatment of patients with disease of the like.
