摘要
在烧伤临床中，单纯应用湿润暴露疗法往往受环境、条件、病人年龄、烧伤部位的影响。本文介绍了湿润烧伤膏的四种换药方法及适应症，通过典型病例介绍及其临床体会，阐明了正确的换药方法在烧伤治疗中的重要性。
This paper reports the clinical experience with MEBO in treating burns of variOus kinds and intro-duced four methods for dressing change and their indi-cations. Clinical data of typical cases showed that it is very important to select a correct method of dress-ing change in the application of MEBO.
