人骨骼肌微循环血管主体构筑的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 应用肌肉血管铸型、扫描电镜观察方法,我们研究了人股二头肌、半膜肌、半腱肌和股薄肌的肌肉微循环血管三维构筑的形态学特点;揭示了人骨骼肌微循环血管构筑的规律性。我们发现:骨骼肌微循环血管纵横交错,交措折叠形成肌肉的微循环血管立体网架;在肌肉内不仅有平行的与环行的血管排列,而且还有形态不同的血管袢、袢状血管丛、血管球、血管索、螺旋血管索、同心圆型血管网及鱼网型血管网等各种各样的血管网络,形成了独具一格的肌内微循环血管网络。 The morphological characteristics of microcircula tory vascular three - dimensional architecture in biceps muscle of thigh, semimembranous muscle, semitendinous muscle and gracilis muscle of human body were studied by observation of the vascular casts under scanning electron microscope. The regulation on microcirculatory vascular architecture of human skeletal muscle was also revealed.We found that the three - dimensional muscular microcirculatory vessel framework was formed by crisscross and overlapping of microcirculatory vessels.There were not only many parallel and circular microvascular networks in the skeletal muscle but also a lot of vascular loops, loop - like vascular plexus,vascular balls, vascular cords, spiral vascular tract,vascular networks in concentric circles and fishnet like networks. They differed from each other in shape and formed a unique intramuscular microcirculatory vascular network
