MEBO治疗烧伤残余创面的临床体会

Clinical Experience with MEBO for Treating Residual Burn Wounds

我们在临床工作中常遇到干性疗法治疗烧伤后的残余创面，因其反复溃烂久治不愈形成顽固性溃疡创面，治疗后期患者免疫功能及全身情况差，创面对抗菌素产生耐药性，植皮成活率较低，是治疗烧伤的难题。我院应用温润烧伤膏治疗36例烧伤后期残余创面，治愈率达98％，收到满意效果。

Burns treated with dry therapy always had resid-ual wounds, which often ulcerated repeatedly and were very difficult to heal. At the later stage of drytherapy, the general condition and immunologic func-tion of the patients were poor. The bacteria in the wounds became resistant to antibiotics. The survival rate of skin graft was low. All these had become diffi-cult problems in burn therapy.The authors treated 36 cases of residual burn wounds using MEBO. The healing rate was 98%. The results were very satisfactory
