摘要
MEBO是我国烧伤专家徐荣祥教授发明，他创立的MEBT是按中医的理、法、方、药辩证规律产生的新的医学体系。我院通过33例烧伤患者的湿润暴露疗法，随机抽以往30例病案作临床效果的对比分析，结果P＜0．01，实践证明，MEBO和MEBT能非常有效地解决创面疼痛、创面感染、创面进行性坏死及深Ⅱ°创面疤痕愈合这四大烧伤难题。同时，此法无菌条件不高，治疗过程简单，医药费用低等诸多代声、集于一身而颇为值得推广使用。
33 cases of burn were treated in the hospital, us-ing MEBT and MEBo. An analysis of 30 cases re-vealed that MEBT and MEBO had very good analgesicand antiinfective effects. Progressive necrosis of thewound was prevented. No scar formed for deep sec-ond degree burn wound after healing. MEBT requiresno strict sterilization and is easy and simple to apply.The cost of the medical treatment is much lower thanusing other therapeutic method.
