湿性半暴露疗法治疗烧伤106例临床报告

106 Cases of Burn Treated with Moist Semi-exposed Method

近一年来，我院烧伤科在湿润暴露疗法的基础上，改用湿润半暴露疗法治疗不同深度，不同部位烧伤共106例，收到了较好的疗效，达到了保障创面湿润、引流通畅、创面与外界隔离等湿性医疗技术的要求，并有减少换药次数，减轻病人痛苦，减少污染及创面的感染，减少药膏用量等优点。

106 cases of burn of different depth at differentpart of the body were treated with MEBO using moistsemi-exposed method. The results were satisfacto-ry. Wounds were kept moist with adequate drainage.The isolation of the wound was Successful. The fre-quency of drug change was reduced and pain waslessened. Contamination and infection of the woundwere prevented and the amount of the ointment usedwas reduced.
