MEBO治疗扁平苔癣的疗效观察

The Efficacy of MEBO in Treating Lichen Planus

扁平苔癣是口腔粘膜常见病多发病，是一种慢性表浅性非感染性炎性病变，此病与口腔癌前病变有关，国内外许多专家对此进行大量的探讨和研究，尽管如此其病因还是尚不明确，因此从西医西药的角度只能实行对症治疗和辅助支持疗法来缓解病情和延缓疾病进展的速度，根据研究资料表明MEBO的药理作用，具有提高局部组织免疫力，创造一个菌群不过度失调繁殖的环境特点，本文对45例扁平苔癣病人进行治疗，取得了明显的疗效，其中光滑型12例，治愈率12．5％，糜烂型33例，治愈率87．5％。两种类型治疗有效率84．4％。笔者认为MEBO在治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔癣中具有广阔的前景。

MEBO has the effect of enhancing immunity of lo-cal tissue and is capable of creating an environment inwhich flora imbalance can be controlled. With this ideain mind,the authors used MEBO for treating 45 casesof lichen planus. The curative rate was 12. 5% fortreating 15 cases of smooth type lichen planus. Fortreating 33 cases of erosive type lichen planus,the cu-rative rate was 87. 5%. The average effective ratewas 84. 4 %.
