摘要
本文报告了采用MEBT治愈大面积烧伤后不同关节处骨及肌腱裸露共28例，克服了烧伤后在骨与肌腱上植皮不能成活和采用皮瓣修复皮源不足等困难。此法操作简便，无需特殊技术条件，不增加病人创伤。可供临床医师在治疗中参照应用。
28 cases with exposure of bone and tendon atvarious joints after large area burn were treated withMEBT. This therapy overcame the difficulty of the sur-vival of skin graft in bone and tendon and the shortageof skin source. MEBT was very simple and easy to ap-ply and gave no more wound to the patients.
