MEBT治疗唇部烧伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Lip Burn Treated with MEBT

作者自1989年6月至1993年5月，采用MEBT治疗唇部烧伤165例。创面经简单清创后，按治疗规程均匀涂布湿润烧伤膏，药层厚1mm；清洁创面或进食后须随时补涂药膏；待创面坏死物基本清除，按创面面积贴敷湿润膏药纱后行半暴露，直至创面愈合。2例辱红部浅Ⅲ度烧伤，创面移植自体皮片成功。本组治愈164例（99．39％），1例2岁女孩因严重烧伤死于吸入性损伤和休克。经随访，深Ⅱ度浅型创面未留疤痕，色素沉着3～6月消退；深Ⅱ度深型、浅Ⅲ度创面，伤愈后对辱的外形和功能有一定的影响。

165 cases of lip burn were treated with MEBT.The wounds were debrieded at the early stage andMEBO was appIied. After removal of necrotic tissue,MEBO gauze was used and a semi -exposed methodwas adopted. Application of MEBO gauze continueduntil the wounds heafed. 2 of the patients with superfi-cial third degree lip burn were subjected to autograft-ing. One patient with inhalation injury died fromshock. 164 patients were cured. The curative coursewas shortened. The treatment was nothing painful. Thedisablement rate was reduced. The results were satis-factory.
