精神发育迟滞的性犯罪和性受害分析

Analysis of sex criminality and sex suffering in mental retardation

作者分析了精神发育迟滞（ＭＲ）中５８例性犯罪和７９例性受害的特征：年龄多数处于青春期，农民占５０％以上，单独犯罪、累犯和以熟人为作案对象者较多。ＭＲ性犯罪者以男性，兴奋型为主，强奸案居多。性受害者年龄偏幼，除１例外全为女性，安定型占优势。

The charateristics of sex criminality of 58 mental retardation(MR) and 79 sex suffering were analyed: (1) most of them were in puberty, (2) more than 50% cases were peasants, (3) the majority of the cases were single offence and multiple offense; morever, the object were acquaintance. Most of sex offenders with MR were male and excited type. Rape was the main crime. The ages of sex sufferinger were younger. All cases but one were female and they. were tranquil type. This paper also discuss the judgement of responsibility (or sex selfdefense).
