摘要
建立兔MCAO脑缺血模型。兔48只随机分成4组:对照组C、脑缺血后2h、4h、24h组。用放免法测兔脑组织和血浆的内皮素含量。发现脑缺血后,缺血侧脑组织和血浆内皮素含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),且随缺血后时间的延长而递增(P<0.01)。内皮素与脑水含量之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。提示内皮素可能参与缺血脑损害并加重缺血后脑水肿。
Using rabbit middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO ) model, the contents of ET - 1 in cerebral cortex and plasma were measured by RIA.48 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:control including sham-operated and normal control, 2h, 4h, 24h after cerebral ischemia (I2,I4, I24). We found that ET- 1 contents were significantly increased as compared with the control group (p<0.001 ) and changed much greater with the increasing ischemic time. There were positive correlation between brain ET - 1 and H2O (p<0.05). These results suggested that ET - 1 might take part in the ischemic brain injury and enhanced the ischemic brain edema.
